How do people get into affiliate programs to use on their parasites? Shortly after starting to learn about parasite SEO I realized that a lot of programs don't want their affiliates to use "black hat SEO tactics" and have a bunch of methods set in place to avoid that. The main issue for me is the need to provide them with an URL of your website which I obviously don't have if I intend to use their program for parasite. Getting approved to an affiliate program seems to be half the battle with parasite SEO.

You're 1000x better off using a parasite to funnel traffic into your own email list.

After all, the parasites probably won't last long and you don't want to be banking hard on a parasite only for it to get nuked by Google.

Traffic you earn from seo -> email list.

Yeah, that's an interesting concept. I say you mention this in your post as well.

Don't really understand how it would work though.

At OP this is the way to go. It's a good way to make your parasite traffic continue to be useful to you long after it's stopped ranking. You have to fine-tune your parasite pages in a manner to make this work as most people won't be comfortable being sent to an email list when looking for a product recommendation.

That's what I was thinking as well. What if it's an informational post? In my mind it would even be possible to pitch your personal brand's email signup if it's on something like LinkedIn or Medium I imagine?

If it's an informational content, you may not have a problem.
