So I've just started a website I've had the name for a few years, thought I'd make use of it and use Autoblogger AI etc.

just searched the keyword and my domain which is the same and this website does make it to the top.

the keyword is an adult negative keyword I mean it's one that advertisers don't want to associate with so no adsense etc I think.

Was hoping to make some affiliate links etc but I think that's hard too.

Might end up providing links for other suppliers etc,

But I wondered what do you think happened here

My suggestion would be for payment systems in regions without Stripe or PayPal, consider alternatives like 2Checkout, Skrill, or TransferWise.
