Returned to this community after 8 years of 9-5 Job. I tried to establish an online earning stream 8 years back but failed. Resorted to full time job but now I have had enough of this slavery. Want to start something again. Looking for some SEOs to get guidance and some services from.

Your location has nothing to do of what you could do online, most importantly is what you can learn and achieve by experiencing,

You are right but wanted to get easier payment options. Paying to someone local is easier.

You should try the WTB or HAF sections if you need to buy some specific services ^^
I would recommend that you take some time to learn more about the current situation of SEO,
Most of old services methods won't get you the same results today, you'll be burning money!
