I would not recommend his service or working with him.

Bought myself a VCC via Paypal. After a few minutes he gave me the VCC. Then i was asking him a question and he wipes the entire conversation on Telegram (with my VCC Credentials). Upon asking him why he deleted the conversation he said "It was making no sense" although it was a legit question and as a good seller you would normally answer questions for your customers. Now he chooses to ignore all my messages despite being online the entire time. Oh well. So now i don't have my VCC Credentials and i also get ignored by the seller. I am sorry but this is probably one of the worst deals i've had on BHW and i would not recommend his service as he seems like a unreliable person to deal with.

This user was told again and again that usage of vcc works with one account
Per time ,

Not multiple accounts,
But he pressed on with the question
The wipe of conversation was done to clean up customers information who would rather take more of our time than stick to basic online rules,
A new card would be given as a check on the conversation didn't reveal a vcc was given, probably an oversight ,which was our own mistake,
A new vcc would be given and that will be it

I get that,didn't know you where asking of that,
Few issues with bing ads,
The vcc works and some times get rejected
2- some people use this via PayPal

3- bing ads is best done with 3d cards
Most importantly,bing ads bans for just no reasons, so you will do well preparing before time for that
