My company is looking to sell rotating residential proxies, likely to resellers. We source proxies directly from end users who opt into it through our program. It appears there are a lot of services just reselling, but in talking with owners they don’t seem keen on talking about it at all. What rates would be competitive for pricing? Where are existing services reselling from?

hacked devices by Chinese hackers if they can get direct source or from resellers too, very often prices we see here are made of resellers selling from resellers.
As of residential proxy nature it's hard to be proven thus no option to take them down as for forums ToS abuse.
Are the prices extremely cheap for existing resellers if they’re sourcing from Chinese hackers? I’m worried it might be hard to compete if we are sourcing from users who download our application and opt in since our cost per user is definitely higher than their cost to acquire.

Yes, it's cheap, but demand is high anyway, better just simply open your own proxy service here on marketplace, you can easily go with $15/GB if your pool is unsaturated. With $5/GB you will have a lot of sales. With $2/GB you will get a lot of requests to be resold/and will bank from regular users too.
Just be sure you read ToS of forum here because this thread could raise some eyebrows from mods, highly advisable not to promote that you are planning to sell as it can/could be taken as hidden selling. I don't feel its the case here that's why Im writing this instead of reporting the thread.

I appreciate the help. Not sure if any info on these questions are here on the forums but I had trouble finding info on them online and you seem knowledgeable in the space.
Do most services track their usage to ensure they aren’t used maliciously? I saw mixed things online and didn’t want to run into any legal trouble from misuse from resellers.
Is there a good limit to how many GBs a day for usage per IP? I know they can get flagged for spam over a while and wanted to avoid that.
Not sure if you know any good resources but I’d love to read up on anything sources you know of. Seems most active sellers are somewhat secretive which makes sense.
