Hi, just want to ask my site was ranking top 10 previously for exact match keyword "langit togel"
It is a new site, not more than 1 month old.
However after i bought 2 backlinks package from fiverr, the ranking shot up to top 3 but one day later it does not appear in the serp anymore for the keyword.

Anyone could guide me on what has just happened and possibly best way to get it fixed

I would do nothing for a few weeks. It is extremely normal to see a keyword rank then drop off for a few days/weeks and then gradually work its way back up. SEO is all about patience.

Simply ask him to make variations of the anchors,
You can make and provide some yourself, mix it up with brand, naked, partials matches,

Also, that will depend on the type of links, it won't be a problem in some cases,
1 Day is too soon to judge, you should give it more time before making any changes

How do I see if a website has been penalized?

Wait for some more time. It might be a Google dance. Also, it depends upon the quality of the links. Make sure that all the links come from spam free domains with high quality articles. As advised by @hideath, you can diversify your anchor profile with naked, brand, and partial match anchors.

The issuses its same with my website, I just buy 10 guestpost backlink US$600 high authority but all my keyword dissapear even my website still indexed.
