I am shocked to see the pricing, honestly I personally buy posts from Outlook India for under $350 each (for up to 2999 words with 5 images and 7 links) in the Spotlight category (both English and non-English) with 24 hours of TAT, and I have published 10s of them so far.

Pretty sure you can get the prices lower, as they will haggle and current stats are good. Even if they continue to tank, having a link from them is not going to hurt a site long run and is a very good parasite right now. Parasite worth $600?
