Sometime back i got to learn this method somewhere which i dont remember now... but thought of sharing to BHW which i was using for my niche blogs to increase my traffic

so this show you the way Reddit has helped me increase my existing blog by 2-3x visitors in few months. if you do it right, this method will be for sure to increase your website's traffic.

One of the first things I'd do is open Google and search for a company name that I would like to target or the area I'm currently into, then add Reddit next to it. As an example, let's go for vacuum cleaners. Thus, I'd type "vacuum cleaners Reddit". This will bring up niche subreddits

Then, go to SemRush's "organic research" section of SemRush and then paste the URL. Click on Positions

In this area, put in the filters I've added into. Also, choose "Advanced Filters" and exclude the words "Reddit"

Select a keyword that is suitable. This is the one we'll choose. Copy and paste the link in Google and look for any comments that have been made recently about the Reddit article. If you have seen 15 comments in the last year, the post is definitely getting the attention of users.

Now, you want to repeat it for every single keyword you see on Reddit. It is also possible to verify posts by copying and pasting URLs into semrush, without any filter.

You can now make a new post on your niche blog with content and post in the subreddit with link back...so this will gain reddit traffic and may gain organic as well!

I have tried it and didn't get any results. Most of the time my posts on subreddits gets deleted instantly and sometimes in 2-3 hours if it has a link in it and couple of my reddit accounts also got banned.

And how that will increase my traffic
I always want to read incompleted thread like this because new people won't know how to Implement that after finding those keywords

Can you share an example of what title & content you can use to post on your niche blog?

Any also what title & content you will be using to post on that subreddit? I assume it will be slightly different because you want people to “learn more” from your link back…

This is not a bad method but from my experience with reddit, chances that your link would be removed by moderators or downvoted to the abyss is very high. But that is not a reason you should not give this a try.

What if you create your own subreddit to add links too, any risks of advice?

Links get taken down constantly and accounts shadow banned or banned far too easily on reddit. The best use I have found is to:
  1. create your own subreddit for your niche
  2. post whatever you want with direct links to your site as spammy as you want
  3. have a few more of your own accounts comment on it or use a service
  4. use it as a parasite to rank on Google and get clicks back from organic traffic from the your links in your reddit posts
I even tried advertising on reddit, not good for vacuum cleaners but can work for off the wall niches.

I usually use this method as well. Great for everyone to play around with!

"have a few more of your own accounts comment on it or use a service"

Is this step really necessary? Seems like it would add more risk.

Why not post threads using one single account (Maybe the same one you created the subreddit with) very slowly/drip.

Risk of what, it is your subreddit! I have others comment so it looks natural when organic clicks come through from Google. It is not a necessary step, I simply find it increases CTR to my site.

I see, and do you feel slowly dripping articles using the same account to the subreddit is the best method, or can I post bulk posts onto my subreddit without repercussions of Reddit banning my account.

You have been given all the information you need to succeed with this, spoon feeding over. Simply use your common sense if you have any.

there is not fixed example you can use for all... you have to work different based on your niche what we choose... and moreover sorry i cant really share my blogs or website here.

agreed! if you using any other site apart from quora or reddit, pls share us here!

making bulk always is risking your social media accounts. keep it natural or else run a proxy based social account mangement.

yes and better to get the subreddit aged before you start making more posts of yours... and offcourse keep your subreddit active with other users.

I've tried this before and works well in some niches
Appreciate it.

Same here! If you read the "rules" of the channels, they ALL say "no links", no spammimg" yadda yadda. To me, Reddit is a colossal WOFT.

I was posting in subreddits that dealt with law problems, and finance problems. My links are to genuine helpful products. Appeals got me zero response, not even a F-ck off.

NO idea how to make reddit work for me - even though so many people post about how they are making money off it.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the method, I have a pretty strong Quora account with some viral posts, so I'll try it.
