How to upload file like this?

I was searching for a specific keyword, and those sites ranked at the top of the search results. I tried to register on the site but couldn't find the upload form. Does anyone have an idea of how to upload content on these websites?

This is a hack practice, people managed to find the loophope of these sites and bulk upload the PDFs with keywords in it, and rank for these, its not easy to do it as far as I know.

i can index withing 24-48 hours. but can't upload. I've indexed already uploaded file by someone.

For the second site, here's a search that will give you some targets:

Do some test runs and keep an eye on your network traffic, to see what data is actually getting sent. You might uncover data to help you determine file location etc.
