Cold emails

I were using public email addresse and php mailer to send cold emails daily between 200-300 Emails but i am getting to many “Mail Deilvery failed” even if the email exist. I thought buy getting my domain for better result. My concret question is where should i buy email host or is there any other solution about this

Public email addresses have limits, you should check that first especially using 3rd party apps.

Check them optimize, rinse repeat once all is fixed. Or add more email accounts to upscale the number.

200 to 300 emails is very small you can send it all successfully using Google Sheets with Mail Merge (Search YouTube if you don't already have it).

Mail Merge allows 100 accounts per Gmail.

Get as many aged Gmails as you need and enjoy.

I'm with @AuxWritzau on the free gmail accounts. Been at it for a year with about 200 email accounts sending about 1-2k emails per day.

They WILL get sender issues eventually but just rinse and repeat and it'll be good.

I am currently warming up another 400 emails while my active campaigns continue running.

I bought 5 domains, and created 3 emails per domain.

This was early stages of me learning cold emailing so I guess it was also a spintax issue, but I highly suspect it was because they were fresh emails with a fresh domain as well.

That being said, I cannot confirm how it "usually" is, but I ran it for like 3-4 weeks before it was blacklisted I think.

I used Zoho, back before Zoho clamped down...

Depends on the email you're buying.

Spamscores factor in domain age (how long the domain has been registered for) and also type of domain (some ttlds cclds are more prone to spammers because they're cheap).

As some already said, you'll inbox at a better rate using a free email address like gmail or live or hotmail than with a brand new domain because they can't score your domain, and can only rely on the contents of your email.

This makes perfect sense. I get pretty solid responses with free gmail accounts as well.

By the way, for 200 gmail account you are using, you have to use proxies, right?
Which proxy provider do you use now, and how many account per proxy ?
