Google not Indexing Certain Posts

I know this is probably a common issue but I don't understand why.

It cant be quality issue because I've seen certain sites targeting the same keyword yet has less than 300 words and extremely low DA...while my post are over 1000+ words.

Currently I have 10 post that is not indexed and they have high volume so I definitely want it indexed asap.

Yesterday I wrote 5 posts and two got indexed the next day, the others is just not happening.

I was thinking of just editing and adding more content to the article, not sure if it will even help but not what else to do.

1-2 weeks is the usual timeframe for a site with traffic to get new pages indexed
You could optimize the content even further using Surfer

Not a new site, expired domain and getting indexed within a day or so...just lately this has been happening

Okay, and it's happening commonly, so it would be better off to wait for sometime to get indexed.

A simple share, yes, if you can share it on Facebook or LinkedIn, can help search engines indirectly discover the content.

Go to Google search console and inspect your post url, then request for indexing. You can also test live url to see if there's an issue with the page availability.

Add website raw url to a post on a Web 2.0 website like medium, let it get indexed and website might get indexed.

Sometimes it would take time to crawl or index and make sure content is not be AI most of time google cache and indexed it and sometimes it will cache ony and not getting it in Index results.

For fast cache or index you can place your links to other fast cache sites like reddit, YouTube, Ycombinator and more...

The most common reasons are

It's random and can happen to any post. This has been pretty common in 2023. So, you have to wait but indexation for every post is still not guaranteed.

First things first, not always about word count or DA. Google's got its own criteria, sometimes thin content ranks if it hits user intent perfectly.

Check Search Console coverage report, see if any errors flagged for those posts. Robots.txt blocking? Internal linking weak?
New posts might take a bit longer to crawl/index. Yesterday's posts getting picked up faster could be coincidence.

Content quality flags Not saying yours is bad, but Google might see something spammy or thin (even at 1000+ words). Check for keyword stuffing, unnatural internal linking, etc.

Adding more content can help, but only if it's truly valuable, expands on existing info, improves user experience. Don't just fluff it up.
