verification codes via email how do i?

I am signing up for a site and one of their verification methods is to send a code to a email box.

I have like 500 accounts to make and it's a pain in the butt to manually login and grab the code and then input it into the website.

What would your process be to make this work smoother?

Alias System like duck / simplelogin / firefox relay / icloud alias
1 email, unlimited variations.
my personal set up is simple login and using duck if SL is not avails.
