How Do You Create These Weird Picture/Poll Posts on Twitter?

I stumbled on this tweet which looks like a poll, but it isn't.

It's a tweet with 2 buttons and when you press either one it creates the same template for you to tweet out.

It's not an ad.

You can go on there and click either one of the options and twitter will replicate the tweet format with the same picture, with the option you selected (in this case tits of ass) for you to post.

Okay, I see... It's called a "Conversational Card"

Conversational Cards can be a powerful way for publishers to extend their presence by combining video with a Tweetable call to action

Apparently these tweets can only be created through twitter ads.

Damn, I was already licking my chops thinking about the possibility of going semi-viral with this.
