Emails will be in the form of a newsletter (or with URLs & images).

I understand deliverability will be an issue so a report of deliverability and open rates should be included.

Sending emails to QQ network is not that easy cause their spam filters are stronger than google. But you can take trial from us if work you can continue or you can seek different vendor.
