mini commercials would be a lot of fun and interesting to hear how others approach it. I have toyed with this idea for a while but never got round to doing it.

I don't know if i should start a new thread about this question or not (coz it might be too stupid)
But i've always wonder how to transfer the site to another owner after someone decide to purchase your flipped site. (technically)

If Cash is reading this , please include simple steps for the technical stuff.
 
I think Cash has already explained the order that he is going to release the ebooks so I dont think there is any need to keep posting what method you want.

Now all you guys have to do is wait a couple weeks till he gets sorted and then releases the method. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

There are two parts:

Transferring Ownership of the Domain. This is pretty easy. Say it was originally registered on godaddy. The buyer can supply their godaddy customer id to the seller. If the buyer doesn't have an id then the buyer can enter in personal info of the new owner like name, address, phone number, email and other info. After the customer id or personal info is entered by the seller an email is sent to the buyer to confirm transfer of ownership and it is finalized. The transfer process is pretty much the same with all companies.

Transferring hosting of the Domain. This can be easy or complicated depending if the site is static or a blog. If the site is static then the only thing the seller has to do is zip all the files and tell the buyer to unzip, change affiliate codes in the pages if necessary and ftp on their owner server.

It is more complicated if the site is a blog because of the mysql database. I have never done this myself so don't want to give wrong instructions. I found this guide but have not tried it out myself. hxxp://iiiwebh*ost.com/Tra*nsfer-WP-Blogs.html

For transfering hosting you can ask help from your hosting customer service, you'll be charged a few bucks but this way you don't have to deal with complicated stuff like exporting database

Don't think I'm greedy, I'm a very curious person.
I would like to actually see all three of them...
It all seems very interesting.

There are lots of ebooks on flipping websites! Not many on how to make your own commercials, easily and quickly!
