Which link building strategy is better

I have two websites
one is hair niche and another is wedding
for one guest post i can get two backllinks,
I have two strategies,
1. build hairsite.com and category hairsite.com/shorthair in the guest post
2. write an article include hairsite.com and weddingsite.com in the guest post?
Which one is better?
for save money, i should use method two?
for better serp ranking, i should use method one?

method 2 is good if your guest post is about topics / keywords like "best hair styles for weddings" or other topically relevant topics.

Otherwise, stick to linking to 1 site only (but you can use 2-3 different pages if the owner / editor of the guest posting site allows it)

I think this would be better but you should know that with each extra link that a page links out, the authority distributed to each individual page decreases. Nevertheless, linking to two of your site is better than sending both links to one site. It looks more natural that way.
