Help me out - Organic traffic question

Alright help me out. I am struggling with the following.

I have over 1000+ websites, which are SEO blogs for linkbuilding. I provide guestposts in German, French and Dutch. My biggest issue is generating organic traffic to the blogs.
What should be a manageable strategy to generate 500-1000 organic traffic per website and adding ranking keywords to the websites?

The biggest challenges:

1. 1000+ websites in different niches (all Wordpress). How to manage all those websites easily
2. Creating a content strategy and keyword strategy for over 1000 websites
3. Indexing the content automatically
4. My experience with AI articles is that it does not rank well or even doesn't get indexed

Any advise will be welcome .

all the 1000+ websites can not login the same device, you need to use multi-browser profiles and proxy IPs firstly. Or, if google detect that your sites log in the same device will punished all sites firstly.
1. and all websites can not be located in the same server. better assigned more than 20 or more server with different IPs.
2. Each site arranged with different GA and Console Account, with different browser profiles and proxy ip.
3. Each site designed in different themes.
4. Use different Categories or Various Main KeyWords for each site under the generation of AI Content.
5. Multi-Languages are better for content index from different sites. That means A site with A language, B is B Language. Or A site = A+B language, B site = B+C language.

We are using REST API to connect to the Wordpress. We do not login directly. We have over 800 different ip's located over multiple VPS with special "tunneling software". The IP's are hosted on another server than the websites and gets connected in between. So that won't be a problem.

We also use different themes and categories, which are also generated by an automatic process via the server and REST API.
We also managed to fix the right languages on the websites. For example .de will always be German.

We will look into the GA and Google accounts. We want to try to automate that process too to prevent browser logins.
