I've been with them for 6+ years, while I no longer recommend people to promote adult cpa, I still would have to vouch for LosPollos, as they've always been fair with me, during the time I worked with them. Payments always on time, support always answers my emails and promptly, and their smartlink outperformed every other smartlink out there. So to answer your question, no I wouldn't say that they shave.. you should get more data before making an assumption like that. Keep tweaking the numbers, you'll eventually find a sweet spot. In my opinion you could be using that same traffic to be making much more then you will with cpa. Good luck!

Never really tried pop-unders, but I do know that being able to load a few K upfront does help to get access to black lists etc.

To be honest, I'd recommend mastering one traffic source, let's say banners, one placement on one site, and one niche (let's say milf dating, just an example!)

Build a nice funnel, if possible use API to collect (legally) data / email. That way a lead on which you thought you lost money on a PPL payout might turnout into a cam buyer, pills buyer etc etc.
