TikTok Zero Views - Don't panic - Seems It's TikTok problem

I have opened 3 accounts with a SIM card from my country on the same phone I was using, resetting it to factory settings. The first account achieved 22 views on its first video, which isn't much, but it's the first time in many accounts (about 16) that I managed to get the first video to not end up with zero views. The other two accounts I opened ended up with zero views... So, at least for me, the problem continues even when opening accounts with a SIM card from my country and on Wi-Fi networks in my country.
I used email aliases to open them (as I sometimes did without problems).
I don't know if they have somehow detected that phone... even opening a new email with no connection to any other, I get the same result...
Yesterday I was trying what Lukmat said about opening an account, uploading a video, and if it ends up with zero views, delete it after a while and upload it again, but it didn't work for me. In fact, when re-uploading it even after deleting it, it seems to still have a record of the video and marks the second as non-original content (I get the message in analytics). I did this about 6 times. Maybe I should try editing methods to duplicate it, but directly re-uploading them is not viable for me.
For personal projects, I urgently need to open an account in the USA without a shadowban, I only need one, if anyone knows any way to open it even if it takes longer, please comment.

A solution I think is to use de-googled phone, or Huawei(because they dont have some stupid google services/apps) , etc.( I have tested with snapchat spotlight, from Huawei 80% of videos goes viral.)
Else I think that older version of the app will work. They can update the current app(and with app updates they update also the loopholes that uses to get device info(IMEI etc.) but can't modify the older apk.
I have uploaded 2-3 weeks ago a video and it now its viral 4.6M views(fresh account).
Also my content was not unique, I didnt delete metadata or anything else.
Maybe that apk version that I used has a bug and helps videos goes more viral. ( I have exprenienced this with snapchat spotlight. I have tested so much snap apk versions, and the virality of videos on each apk version was different( at some versions video goes viral easily, at some other versions stuck at +-300 views .)

That range of visits is average and normal, it has nothing to do with the shadowban (0 views) problem when creating new accounts that we are talking about here... It just hasn't reached the right people or been liked.

Apps can have those access since snapchat is using it to ban phones where snapchat accounts got banned...

No, they cannot have. I was Android developer for 11 years and I know system limitations. Apps cannot have access for such info, no matter if you are indie dev or such big company like snapchat

Then how do you explain the snapchat bans? Even if you change IOS, use VPN, reinstall the phones you will get the bans!
The only way to bypass it is to use tweaked apps which hide your phones info

Yes they can. I am android developer too. They have access to IMEI and other phone infos, and then they will bans you, or all accounts that you will create will have no success.
You said above that tiktok used banned tactics to bypass the privacy safeguard in Android to collect unique identifiers like: MAC address , advertise ID, (maybe IMEI who knows what backdoor they have inside of the app.)
The only solution for Android Users is to Factory Reset your device every time when you notice that your accounts got banned or shadowbanned.
But Factory Reset your device every 3 days or 2 days etc. I think this is not called a solution.
So tiktok uses loopholes to collect MAC Adress, advertise ID etc.
I think some things that colud help us to solve this problem maybe are:
1) MAC Address Spoofing ( need rooted phone, but tiktok will notice that your device is rooted. -_-)
2) Randomize WIFI MAC Address ( turn on randomized MAC and every time when you connect to the Wifi , forgot the password and rewrite it again , so at this point you will have a new WIFI MAC Address.
3) Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID ( so you will have a new Advertise ID and TikTok will not remember you(becuase you have an new Advertise ID) , so it will treat you as a new normal user and will show new personalised ads(based on your new interest).
4) Disable all Goolgle Service Trackers, or use phones like (Huawei, Redmi, etc) those phones that don't have those stupid google services/ trackers because tiktok also tracks us from other apps that we have alredy installed/google services etc.
5) Turn On Airplane Mode even if we have US SIM CARD inside the phone. ( because our nearby Cell Towers try to communicate with our US SIM CARD, but cnat recognise it as a local SIM CARD. I will recongnise it as an another country SIM CARD and will show the Roaming service. IF we are using residential proxy Tiktok will track our IP that is an US residential IP but at the other side he also track our US SIM CARD data that is showing Roaming services. This has no sense of logic. ) So Maybe turning on the airplane mode will help us.
6)Disable or uninstall Play Store and install TikTok from exp : Galaxy Store. ( Play Store is full of trackers -_-).

Figured it out on iOS. Solution is complex. Few elements needed and not break with any.
I am getting views, but need to check more accounts.
Currently 500 views on random cat video from YT.
When I check more accounts, I will know if that is good for automation guys. If you need to do all these things all time, it's only for very manual guys.

Can you post the results of further tests then?
Maybe it was just a fluke with viewers, and other accounts will have zeros.

Yes, ill post. I am going to create few more USA accounts, Germany, France and Italy today.
Because I know for these countries there is new TikTok algo in work.
For Android I still not have solution, cause my solution is iOS system specific
