Scraper for emails + phone numbers as a business

Hey friends,

I've been scraping data by automating Google Dorks. Since Google is a public form of information this data is legal to used as audiences.
I got a first client who uses those leads for cold calling, mostly doctors and lawyer data and whatever the cold callers generate revenue I get a commission.
This got me thinking, would a service of lead generation from public data extracted from Google be a good business to offer on BHW?
I can get a ton of emails and phone numbers (and names), but other than this 1 client I'm trying to find if this is something I should offer to the BHW community, since it seems people are always kin to get their hands on a juicy list.

If so I'll make it available for everyone, I'm thinking about charging 10 cents per lead. But I'd love to hear some feedback.

The tool still requires custom parsing for each data source found, but once I have a solution for most structures that would be a good idea to make the tool available.

The niche is definitely profitable in the revenue share model that I've been doing, but does selling an audience for 10 cents per lead sounds reasonable or is it too cheap/expensive in your opinion?

The quality is usually good, the emails come from registration documents, government public available data, open databases from companies.

So for example if the need is just for CEO's, I can find their data points, usually email and phone number. But a lot of times I get a lot more, for example addresses, investments, SSN, political affiliation, and some other sensitive data points which I choose to ignore.

It all depends on the data points the client chooses, because I'll search databases specifically for the chosen data points. So, for example, finding doctors would be a lot easier than finding CEO's, since doctors have their information listed publicly a lot more often than CEO's. Also politicians and lawyers are easier to find than drivers for example. Since this data is not for sale on the usual channels, they're not saturated yet and a lot more prone to cold calls or cold emails.

At the moment I'm supplying 100k lawyers and doctors (email+cel phone). However if the client didn't need the cel phone number, I'd be able to find higher quality and quantity of what he wanted. So for just emails the source is a lot richer. Also this client only wants cel phone numbers, if it was any numbers I'd get a lot more. So we can call this a custom datamining service.

Ultimately the value of the data is bassed on how much it is needed tomthe buyer and the difficulty to get.

I work a lot in this industry and in my experience there tends to be core datasets buyers want.

If I found a way, how to get a bunch of phone numbers, how to use them? I mean I know what I would do with them, but I don't know how to, where to contact that people, is there any software sending like bulk SMS? Is it possible to set fake whatsapp?

Compared to Himalist's data, I found that the accuracy and analysis they provide makes my Google Dork scraping data more qualitative. Collecting data in an automated manner reduces time and effort, and makes it easier to get information from multiple sources for analysis.
