"Free" parasite strategy for weak keywords?

Hello,
Unfortunately, the latest Google updates have affected some of my affiliate articles. Basically, the important keywords are rather weakly competed. But because it is in the health sector, my site was simply penalized (probably deserved).

I am now considering whether it is possible and more sustainable to write a very good article via a free site such as medium.com and to play it with indexers and favorable backlinks.
Does anyone have experience with this? Do you first need a medium blog with a history / lots of content? Or is a good article really enough?

Classic PArasite is too expensive for me in this case, as these articles only make a few K per month and in my country the corresponding links are extremely expensive and also difficult to obtain if the products are not completely clean.

It will be a case of trial and error to find a parasite that doesn't delete your articles, and I recommend you use the shotgun approach - get as many articles up on as many parasites as you can.

Medium changes all the time. Few months back it was adding noindex to even to aged account. Noindex means Cannot be indexed. Then it stopped adding no index.
You gotta test it like what is the current situation. Also adding link can be an issue they might add noindex. Health niche is another issue. You may not rank for new accounts. So test it out and keep working on your own site, keep medium as a second option.
