We know that Elon fired most of experienced and talented workers in Twitter. Is there news of any of these workers starting his own company to make a better alternative to Twitter? They have a good shot at this .

I think it is stated in the contract that they can't do apps similar to twitter. They will get sued if they breach that

Is this a masterpiece or some exploitation ?

pay attention to the Threads. this is not just a friendly community, but also an Instagram promotion tool

Even if an employee could create a similar app, which i'm sure they could, just like many non-employees, the challenges go way beyond that. That's why almost no one can replicate Twitter, FB, Youtube, etc. Millions have probably tried, but it's a complex mixture of a lot of money, perfect timing and quite a bit of luck.

None of the above its called common sense. Anyone who works in tech companies are under nda that they cant do shit in the same field for a long long long time

They're likely outsourced by other websites, services, etc. like how others would get pirate-hired but this is much easier since they were fired and all. I can't imagine those employees would be too vocal about it.

But if the platform becomes viral, it will be revealed later.

Sometimes, the players give the game away. Hard to say for sure, unless you're keeping tabs on the people operating behind the scenes exactly. Some of these people are quite happy to move along quietly, or their level of direct involvement was smaller relatively scale.

yeah there are many twitter alternatives going on. its just that they don't have enough traffic to make it worthwhile

Mastodon is pretty much an alternative. I prefer even some things on masterdon, because its uncensored
Isn't mastodon owned my medium? Worth checking, how big is the user base.

Anyone can create a Twitter clone. If you google you can find scripts. Key is the user base.

Bluesky is a new social network by old twitter owner

I guess just doing it won't be enough, unless they are a guy like Elon, it's not worth wasting time on it.

Some have funds, some have better mind. If some guy with great mind can get good funding, he might even beat Twitter.
