Are you overloaded? Agree with me?

we need to think less and do more.
I write code. If I stop thinking and type gibberish in my code editor, it probably isn't going to work. So, nope... :p

But yea, if you mean "procrastination", then I agree with you. One has to start taking action ultimately. Procrastinating all day won't get them anywhere.

For noncoder every clean codes in your editor also seems gibberish :) :p

You see. Nobody procrastinates. People are simply tired. Your head can't work non-stop. If it does, you're doing something wrong.

Procrastination is a myth some broke workaholics came up with.

Might be also a tool used for motivation for those who like to bash themselves for not being robots.

When we’re overloaded, we need to do less. When we’re overwhelmed, we need to think less and do more.

Agree?
If you start doing less in any scenario, guess what? Things aren't going to do themselves, more work will just pile up.
Motived? - Great, do more work
Unmotivated and overloaded? - Great, still do the work and you feel much better!

An interesting point of view I've read is that being tired and overwhelmed is actually because you are putting yourself in that state of mind, thinking ooh there's so much work and I don't know how to do it.
What helps for me is planning things out, sketching it in a mind map app, or a piece of paper, when you have written down the plan it does not seem so big and scary, you've got the exact steps that need to be done and just go through them :-)
