First you need some good quality ip's, you can look here on BHW or you can look by yourself, im using iproyal they are pretty good.
Then you will need to farm accounts, you can buy them or you can create
if you want to create you need :
1.Photo's not from Facebook
2.Number for verification (i use SMSPVA)
3.Email (better use outlook)
4.Undetected browser (i use Adspower)
after you done with these steps then you go to undetected browser create a proflie add proxy and first make cookies by going to pages like cnn, wikipedia, kickstarter etc. do this like 10-15mins
go to facebook procede with register add a photo, than start everyday spending time on profile for 2 weeks at least : do slow posting, check-in, join to group, etc. HUMAN INTERACTION
after 2 weeks you should gain primary location, if not check quality of ip with these 2 sites : scamalytics and pixelscan, be sure to watch the quality of ip's before you do all of these steps.
after you gain primary location do not open immediately BM you will get banned as i got, look for VCC to create with the Facebook Name, and start with lower like 5$ for 7 days, since the account is fresh it should take a little bit time till gaining trustworthiness from FB and then you should be okay
