one question, how do all that people to get cheap or very cheap gift cards to resell in some websites?

I guess they are not carded because they would get chargebacks and no way.

Is it about paying people in Microworkers to get them in Swagbucks and similar sites, and then resell them?

Most are acquired illegally or using some loophole if possible. Not something suited for nice guys.

99% were obtained illegally or atleast immoraly. E-whoring, pedohunting, scamming, carding etc. It's a fast and easy way to get paid with the only downside beeing that you lose 20-40% till you have cash on your hands.

Nice conclusion, the point is that the most of that people are in countries where law enforcement doesn't care a fuck about those online fraudulent activities, or they do almost nothing to know about it
