In my case I have a site related to pets, and since I implement a service that connect and create backlinks to other sites related to the pets niche I have seem great results, vs the ones that have mix backlinks most of them from the old services that offer backlinks

Most would say dr 90, but i kinda prefer the 110 backlinks from DR 20, that is me asuming they are all related to my niche. aside from the link juice, think of the other reaches from having your link carefully placed in 110 related articles.

you need to analyze each link individually because, cumulatively, the 100+ DR20 backlinks could weight way more than the single DR 90 link in terms of ranking power. But if the DR20 links are crap you might as well get the DR90 one...

Depends on the quality of domain/domains linking to your site.

Relevance to your niche, topic.
Clean backlinks, anchors, history.
Indexing rate.
Optional but desirable if they rank and have decent organic traffic.

Metrics are easy to manipulate don't blindly rely on them.
