I registered this very blog over a week ago and the domain is yet to be shown on the Google search engine.
I also tried site: search but nothing is showing up.

I have added the site to google search console and google analytics, i built this very site to an extent with 2 good SEO content, what could be the issue?

what could be the issue?
Probably the indexing issue I assume which has been going around for past few years.

There's no guaranteed fix for this but you can try creating a healthy discussion on any niche forum or reddit about your niche and sneak in your url.

The other method I use is embedding a popular youtube video/live video related to the topic within the website content.

It might take several weeks for new websites to appear in search results. Also, try checking your Google search console for crawling errors and ensure your robots.txt file is not blocking search engines from crawling your website.

Patience is crucial in seo ensure your site is indexed in google search console, submit a sitemap, and continue creating quality content. It takes time for visibility to improve.

Give it a month
Fresh domains are crawled the least.
Take your time to focus on content creation and kw research atm.

unfortunately google makes it harder, we all know that they had problems with indexing, now sometimes it's need for some new domains even more than a month to index the pages. If you add them to google console and analytics.

There is also one trick that can help you index faster. It's using mostly for live news or something like that.
try installing free plugin rank math seo and use it with google cloud platform, (google indexing api) check here
https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/ the step by step how to do that it can help you and other people who don't know this little trick i got great results with that almost all pages when doing like this got indexed in a 1-3 days, not sure maybe luck but again don't overusing the method, just to first pages to get you there on google. Good Luck.

2 years is not long time in current scenario. Keep building links and check after 2 months.

To get a new website recognized by Google quickly, submit the sitemap to Google, post high-quality content regularly and gradually build trustworthy backlinks. Also, ensure the site is mobile-friendly, loads quickly, and promote content actively on social media for the best results.

Talk about it on other blogs, and link to it.

You should use only expired domains for future projects. Ranking a fresh domain is very hard now. This is already an accepted trend in blogging industry now.
