hello when i create a tiktok account and i try to follow someone i doesnt count on my profile im doing this on a new phone

-no i create new videos everytime
-no im using sim card (and its diffrent sim card on every phone ) instead idk a trusted place to get fresh proxies
-im not using any links im just trying to grow an account
