Yes, Alpilean, Prostadine, Quantum pills, Prodentim...tons of products. You can write easily using ChatGPT. It's really hard to create a good sales copy. I recommend adding links on top of the post, using emojis, and special offers. It's obvious. When you work with parasites you need to use all possible functionality to create a conversion funnel. Just look at the competitors and copy their conversion tricks. If you want to create nice sales copies you better use Google Docs/Forms, and Google Sites. I get nice rankings, traffic and sales with Medium, Mixo.io, Tumblr, Quora, Hashnode, Weebly. They offer a fully functional editor to create great landing pages to make sales. These are free platforms. Use this prompt at ChatGPT: "write a 9000 word alpilean review: what is this, how does it work, ingredients and properties, faq, pros and cons, medical facts on weight loss supplements, product alternatives". Add your links and enjoy great sales if you get top rankings and traffic. P.s. I don't think you should use over-spammed products to succeed, try less popular products.
How can you benefit? Exactly the same way you could have benefitted with your own website. Link to some of your affiliate links or send the traffic to your own website.

Did you send any backlinks to your GG link or just let it index and that's all?
If you create a group (private) for sure will get deleted.
