Google says: There is no guarantee (non-guaranteed) that even a "high quality" article will be indexed by Google. So under normal conditions it is still possible
Google says: Don't expect 100% of your website's URLs to be indexed, it's impossible and sometimes not really necessary.
The knowledge shared below is personal experience, the article may be indexed again, it may not be, but it is not guaranteed to return to its old ranking.
Implementation: You can implement one or all of the 5 options below.
1. Check the technical factors again
Often after major algorithm updates, Google will also change the way the system scrapes, reads, and evaluates content. One of the issues that greatly affects this issue is technical. Factors that can be mentioned are that the website uses a lot of CSS and Javascript. Usually, pure HTML and TEXT content is easier for Google bots to collect.
2. Refresh the content
Update new content, especially the first part of the content. Posts that have been around for a long time may have been tampered with or out of date. Re-updating may cause Google to identify the change and re-scan the content. After updating, force indexing again using search console.
3. Increase links for articles.
Start by pointing internal links or links from the homepage to articles that have lost index. Increasing internal links can give more weight to Google to confirm that the article is important.
After 2-3 days, if the article is still not indexed, you can share the link on social networks, create a few backlinks or run ads.
4. Change URL.
If after 7 days of implementing the above 3 options and the article is still not indexed, consider changing the article's URL. Maybe the article has been reported or hit by DMCA. And changing the URL is a good solution.
5. Follow the heavens to practice the way
The final solution is to wait and accept. When you have tried and tried the above methods but they are not effective, then you should accept it as a Google feature and wait until one fine day Google will index that article.

That's a solid rundown. I'd emphasize the importance of a clean, fast-loading site structure that Google can easily crawl; it's a foundation that can't be overlooked.
