without giving away too much info - I have a JV that will kick ASS

Long story short - the person joins a FB group or something along those line - fills out a survey or something.... and then they are granted access to PROOF that they never need to file tax's every again (USA only)

this is not a scam, its perfectly legal and would make a killing - if your interested please pm me.

You are wrong. If you make income you must pay income tax it's that simple. If you don't earn any income you don't HAVE to file but still should as you may have money coming to you and also it helps the IRS keep their records straight and well organized.

I used to work with a guy who was constantly preaching about how income tax is "illegal" and you didn't technically have to pay it. He used to brag about how he had gone over 10 years without paying a cent to the IRS by using all these legal loopholes, and the guy had this sort of pretentious way about him like we were all stupid for paying our taxes like productive members of society.

Guess what?

The IRS froze his assets. All of them. He ended up losing his house, his cars, and every dime he had in savings....I think the IRS even came over to his house and had sex with his wife.

Pay your taxes, end of story.

one time when i was a teenager i worked at this grocery store, well after working there like six months this guy came in and hand me this little id sized card and told me to take the taxes off his purchase. i did'nt know what to do so i called my manager and he took one look at the card and was like ohh yea tax exempt, like he saw it everyday or something and poff taxes gone. well this guy became a regular customer and we sometimes got to talkin, he explained to me that he owned his own bussiness and hadnt payed a dime in any kind of taxes for over 30 years and assured me that it was on the up and up. he said the only down side was he couldnt vote. so idk, something to look into i guess

I can't go into details as it will kill the point of this JV but I have IRS agent testomony that states you don't have to file fed tax's.

Not tax exempt or writing stuff off. I am talking about EVERY SINGLE US PERSON does not have to pay FED tax's - its illegal and is also unconstitutional ! ! !

Its all to do with the Federal Reserve - that is all I can tell you in public.

Do you get away with not paying taxes using your "own" system or is your product nothing more than a conspiracy video posted on YouTube trying to incite people to evade taxes? Either way you put it, I don't think its well-advised distributing propaganda to fight the IRS. You don't want to be a ringleader behind bars. I use these legal loop wholes myself. I have not paid tax's in over 6 years and still I am able to claim things like earned income credit for my children etc. These are perfectly legal loop wholes that are well hidden in legal terms.

The supreme court has sided with defendants over these loop wholes when the IRS tried to sue them. The IRS is a F'ing joke and they have no leg to stand on.

Let me clear the issue since I used to work at The Dept of Treasury. There actually is NOT a printed law that ratified the individual income tax, HOWEVER it is enough common practice that you will NEVER IN YOUR LIFE find a judge to back you on it and the IRS will freeze your assets.

The tactic if you do go to court is the prosecutor will ask the jury panel, "so how many of you pay your taxes" answer will generally be all of them, and he will continue by saying, "well this man claims you dont have to and that you have been stupid for doing it since it isn't a law so why do you guys keep paying them"?

NO printed law will need t be shown you have a jury already condemn you as a retard.

Detox as a person who has worked in Revenue for the Treas it's only a matter of time before they snag you. The supreme court sided with people on these cases in the 1960's and there has never been a "modern" case of this ever working.

Not to mention with the passing of the patriot act all of your outdated court cases would have been prosecuted under the idea of "if you aren't with us, you're a terrorist" ideology which is left up to opinion and not law.

The "illegal income tax" ideas, true or not, are archaic and will get you arrested. I am sure you pitch "accepted for value debt payments, using your strawman for debt payment, social security account payments, and QWR to get your mortgage for free" as well by filing these all under the admiralty??

I could very well show you how to do those things but let's be honest do you really want to "chance" getting imprisoned and/or go through 50-100K in legal costs and appelet courts only to have a 50/50 chance of being proven guilty?

I hope you're having fun driving on public roads and sending your kids to public schools that the rest of us pay to build. In my opinion if you want to dodge taxes you should forfeit the use of public utilities and services like the fire dept, police and hospitals.

You're freeloading off the rest of us and that's bullshit. What you do is no better than people who collect welfare and are perfectly capable of working. Eventually you'll get caught and you'll pay, guaranteed.

Actually roads are paid via Fuel taxes, Education by lottery and lottery taxes, and police and fire by state and local taxes but i agree with your sentiment 100%

Keep in mind we do not see ONE DIME of our federal taxes as it all covers our debt payments to the Federal Reserve. We see ZERO benefit of it.

Please do a bit more research on how the whole Federal Reserve works (and no, it's not a federal institution at all) and while you're at it, research where all the money is really coming from and why the $100 bills you have are practically worthless and not backed by anything. I know EXACTLY where the money is coming from - the bank that LENDS the US its money charges interest for that load - every $1 that is in the USA cost MORE than its worth. The country then borrow's more more to pay off the first round of loans which only increases the nation debt - its a scam.

I paid my way just like everyone else while living in the USA but refuse to pay Federal tax's because no one but the US Gov see's any return for those tax's being paid. Its bollocks !

The group of bankers who run and own the entity which lends money to the USA have been credited with the war in Iraq as well as other damaging things. Its this simple. The USA goes to war - it needs more money so it borrow's more and increases the national debt even more - its a NEVER ending loop where no one every excapes. T

The founding fathers went to was with the UK over this exact same thing - and for like 100 years of so the USA was allowed to be free from a 'central' bank. This all changed in the 1910's when the economy crashed and the Gov looked for help. They SNEAKED in a bill which allowed the Gov to borrow money from un-regulated entity to provide more money for the country.

I am kind of blowing up my own idea to make some green here but I am more interested in defending myself against the attack's of prev posts.

The reactions in this thread are the same of the suggestion jury. They are insulted because they are dumb enough to pay Fed tax's and don't want to be seen like they where taken for a ride but the simple fact is and it has been stated - there is NO written law that FORCE's you to pay them. I am simply using the system to suite me !
