Help! Retail license sales on Ebay...

Hi everyone, this is my first post.
I sell Microsoft ESD retail licenses, naturally on eBay after a while the ads are removed and at a certain point my account is suspended.
However, I have noticed that there are users who manage to sell without problems and I ask myself some questions: have they perhaps discovered a particular system to avoid suspension?
I noticed that most of the accounts that have no problems with sales are of German origin, perhaps for accounts opened in Germany there are fewer restrictions for digital products?
Last thing, for a period of time my licenses were sold by a friend who said he could sell them because he owned a
Account purchased in the past with a sort of Ebay subscription that allows him to sell everything without limit, he says he paid 500 euros for registration and in addition he pays 200 euros a month (it's an Italian account), in your opinion it's possible, is it never Did something like that exist? If so, do you still exist?
Any help or advice on selling these products is welcome, I also have a Shopify account but I can't bring in traffic, while my Etsy account was suddenly suspended last week after 450 sales and more than 100 positive feedback.

Yes, I agree and I would accept the suspension if the reason was for that reason, however I was suspended for a counterfeit product and the retail licenses are not counterfeit but are simply used goods (as specified in my adverts among other things).
By selling in Italy, among other things, I do not violate any law as retail licenses are legally salable like used books as established by the European ruling.
This is the thing that annoys me, you suspend an account for unreal reasons instead of using more grounded reasons that are based on your regulation and at the same time you allow others to sell the same products continuously, which is a bit ridiculous.

this was a long time ago but I remember people use to send you a piece of paper with the code on it and also deliver it by email/message. They sent the piece of paper so there was a tracking link and showing something was delivered.

è successo molto tempo fa, ma ricordo che le persone erano solite inviarti un pezzo di carta con sopra il codice e consegnarlo anche tramite e-mail/messaggio. Hanno inviato il pezzo di carta in modo che ci fosse un collegamento di tracciamento e mostrasse che qualcosa era stato consegnato.

Ho pensato di farlo anch'io. Avevo addirittura immaginato di fare qualcosa di più professionale e di inviare una chiavetta USB con all'interno il file iso per il setup e le istruzioni allegate; Ho rinunciato perché il problema per Ebay non era il prodotto in formato digitale ma il fatto che credevano fosse un prodotto contraffatto... Il che era del tutto arbitrario, avrebbero potuto chiedere e avrei potuto anche fornire loro le fatture di acquisto le licenze, regolarmente acquistate da aziende che le hanno cedute.
Comunque torno a riflettere su questa soluzione che hai suggerito... grazie!

it could also be a competitor flagging your sales thread over and over from different accounts to try and get you to stop. I use to have a few items on the first page and would get a lot of complaints and negative reviews just so I would refund them.

Yes, I thought about this and it certainly happened both on Ebay and on my Etsy account, competitors reported me failing to offer quality services like mine, I offered 24-hour assistance and none of my real customers were dissatisfied, I underline "real customers "because at a certain point, after many sales and positive feedback, I noticed that some fake customers were starting to arrive who purchased only to ask for refunds and leave negative reviews. I also reported it on Etsy but obviously I got nothing.

Try to study attracting traffic to Facebook, for example, to sell through Shopify.

I've heard some folks have success, but I guess it's a hit or miss. Not sure about the German account thing, could be less strict there. Your friend's story about the eBay subscription sounds wild – 500 euros registration and 200 euros monthly? That's steep. I think fraud is the same in every country. And Ebay is turning into an increasingly strange place every month

99.9999999% software you have is not retail. email me or give provide a picture and I will point to that. Prove me wrong and I will pay you $1000.00 Thank you.

Yes they proved it by giving private info about me based off my anonymous email I used for eBay with my real info . Unbanned me too
