I don't know what the problem could be either.
I think I need to get an agent that would guarantee returns on the ads with a specified budget and not the once that only responds to me when I am running low on ad budget.

I think google is pretty good but I haven't tried it yet

Meta and Google should be your preferred channels in the media plan.

When we had such client few months ago we used meta and native/push for them. For google we hired another small time agency who helped us because it is difficult to sustain account on it and our google tech resource had too much on his plate as there was some sports league was going on

I have a lot of experience in launching crypto projects. I can tell you that if you run ads on your own there is a risk that they may be blocked, as the rules of advertising in FB are ambiguous about cryptocurrencies. But I have experience in bypassing Meta moderation and I have no problems with blockings

Also if you manage to run ads, I advise you to install a pixel on the page that opens after the client makes a payment, so that the ads are optimized for the audience that is ready to pay, not the one that just clicks on the ad.

Why there are a lot of agency replying without any meaning. Crypto is a really hard niche on FB but it makes large profit if you have the strong resources. You was run it before so i think your ads skill is not problem. You should find the suitable geos and the suitable content. Remember to run with low budget first to test the market's volumn
