I often hear about offshore VPS when it comes to things that have to do with porn, because very often you use materials to which you don't have the rights, and reading various other posts on the subject I was trying to understand if they also exist methods that can be used in broad daylight, even without having your material available.

For example, is using videos embedded from the main porn tubes on your site perfectly legal?

In this case, I assume that DMCA problems also do not exist because they must be handled by the site hosting the content.

However, I assume it becomes difficult to monetize this type of site because generating traffic could be difficult by offering content that can also be found elsewhere.

But for example, couldn't considering only a particular niche and manually selecting only quality content be an added value?

search "porn reupload method" on this forum it's been done 1000x. many decent threads about it. some people have great success, others hit a dead end.
you may still get dmca but if youre on offshore vps they will ignore it anyway. plus there's likely 20 other websites that got the same dmca. i imagine copyright holder is shooting them like a shotgun instead of just laser sniping the main source.
having read dozens of those threads - have only seen 1 person claim they got in legal trouble. turns out they were in some country that had laws against uploading porn. they're probably in a labor camp now. poor guy.

I checked and in this case, Pornkai is hosted in the USA, so I'm assuming that they are working without using an offshore server or staying anonymous paying all with crypto...

i think you're overthinking it. quick look at pornkai: all they're doing is embedding xhamster/pornhub with occasional popups that go to their dating affiliate/chaturbate aff url.
you don't really need to do anything anonymous here. a legal team isn't going to snoop your affiliate links and ask your manager for information about you so they can serve you some papers. nor will they subpoena your server to forfeit your billing info and pull the name off your credit card. maybe if you were doing something illegal...but you're not. dmca's usually safe to ignore or just cooperate and delete that 1 video, since you should have 1000's more, it won't matter to your earnings.
if youre paranoid about stuff like this, which is fine because a lot of people take privacy/security seriously, best to just try something else.

turn off adblock and click into videos. it will open a new tab to stripchat affiliate or whatever offer is in the rotation.
