My console doesn't have a Discover section

My Console doesn't have a Discover section. How does it appear?

Website is 1 year old, receives about 10 clicks/day.

The name might be different, but I think your "Efficiency" might be the "Performance" of mine.

You'll get that tab if and when your site will be whitelisted to appear there.

I have a few Google console accounts, some of which are divided into separate Search and Discover

I posted this guide a few months ago but there have been a few Discover updates since then so I'm not sure it works anymore.
