She used to work for me on the side going through Uni, so did my other daughter, they always have SEO to fall back on.

Thank you everyone for the good wishes, I never expected them but they show that BHW is genuinely friendly. Something you don't always find on the internet so precious when you do.

Slight update on her progress - she completed her 3 month probation period this week, so now gets health care and was told she was getting a £600 end of year bonus. She is super stoked at both and planning which games to buy next as they get 2+ weeks off for the holidays on top of their normal yearly holiday allowance.
