Indexing is not happening

My team is indexing my website. But more than 30 indexing is not visible while my posts are 50. Whenever I post a new post I feel like the old post is getting deindexed. So can anyone help me what should I do? My website is: gptmonsterai.com

Check on robots.txt is blocking search engine, if it is you might get indexing issues. make sure your hosting is fast if your server has slow response time it may also affect indexing.

yes, am even seeing this in my couple of new sites... and even GSC shows no error on robots or any other odd signals....
