Damn, this thread is sad. I've read every bump from the OP, and it made me sad.
After reading each bump, I was hoping that the next one would say "1 sale so far," and then the second, and so on.

By the way Salamouna, for each Quora answers package, is each answer created by a different account? Or do you rotate a few accounts to create the 20, 100, 1000 answers?
Do you have authoritative Quora accounts?
