I upload hundreds of contents to my own sites every day, and they have started to get indexed; there are thousands of indexed pages. The only issue is that these sites are in Turkish, and selling Turkish sites is challenging. I want to create an English site, apply the same tactics to make it have thousands of indexes and organic traffic, and then sell these sites.
