I created an acc using static proxy "SINGAPORE" with new which is based on India and after day 1 my acc got suspended , I didnt even run any ads just created a facebook page

You would be going in circles for a lot of time man.I have done this in the past with proxies,logging in with RDP and farming new accs, works for sometime then bam you come back to step 1. Are you from India as I am also from India

Please appeal to FB, if it is a WH product the account return rate will be very high.
If it's BH, I'm not sure.

You might have the option to create another ad account. If it's not possible, try to rent out an account. I recommend Exiscale.

Sure, you can get it back. Have you requested a review and potentially contacted FB support yet? If not, you should go through this process first. I am certain you can create another ad account as this is limited depending on the business manager.

I recommend renting an ageing exiscale RDP account with unlimited replacement of ad accounts in case your ad accounts get restricted .

Have you tried to appeal, I think you should use a new account
it is better to use a strong account to run BH products

You can submit your govt. Id card if all the information same as your facebook profile you Will get back your account.
