I already made the plans. Really really huge life-changing plans and I'm loving myself and BHW for it.

I am finally relocating from this shit hole to a beautiful country for a better living, work condition, stable internet, culture-rich, security and hot women

Don't ask me where, but it's a lovely place in the EU. Visa, approved, flight ticketed. I can't wait, 25 more days to go. Will be making a sweet post about it soon. I love BHW.

Yeah, my plans are in place and I'm already taking steps to prepare myself to execute these plans successfully as soon as 2024 starts. I'm not going to post exactly what they are, but my main aim in 2024 is to successfully build my brand, build a team and start to leverage both to build a business around my brand rather than my skills. I've had an incredibly successful 2023 and if I can be half as successful in building a brand next year, I'll be very happy with my work!

Look into ashwagandha, i had a similar problem at the beginning of this year and i managed to get over it thanks to this plant.

Glad to hear about it, also some tips from my experience:
Don't take it before you go to bed, i tried 2 times and it would wake me 2-3 times/night, my best results were 1 pill (400mg) in the middle of the day after i eat, for a full month then take two weeks break. For me it was just 2 months and i got rid of my problem and also my sleep has gotten much better ever since.
