Are you looking to purchase one? Something to scrape and then create a channel from what’s gathered? There are services that do it but they’re expensive (I’ve seen anywhere from $50-$100K). Just built one for someone so I can build it for you. That one was a little messier but a majority of the code is reusable. The machine to run it shouldn’t be too bad but it’s the time and bandwidth - you’re better off making it cloud based for efficiency.

There is a popular view bot project on github that you can use for free. It most likely has all of the features you are looking for and its open sourced so that's always nice.
