It’s probably the website. I’ve opened new accounts after receiving chargebacks on one and account closure, Stripe likes to know that you own the website and or funnel that you’re using a long with the products.

I’m not sure what unauthorized charges there talking about , it’s a bit vague if you want to provide more information. Sounds like fraud imo.

I didn't do any fraud before or now, only "bad thing" was that I used it for dropship and couldn't ship out some products so disputes came and they ban me. But now on new details like I'm flagged, they imm ask ID and when I verif they email " Account closure... unauthorized charges... we will refund to customers ". Robotic mail couldn't be fraud charge, there's no tx on new acc, only thing I don't have ownership is website so maybe it's that. Thanks for answer

once they send that bot message , then your account is doomed! they always close your account. even with right documents they always close account! stripe is crap! dont use that sh|t..

Any idea why Stripe (according to their support):

1. Don't display additional fields under subscription data?

If I ask for say, website URL, as an additional field when someone signs up, they don't display it. "Help" said, it's because I'm offering a free trial, which makes zero sense - a custom field should still be shown under a subscriber' details. They say it will suddenly appear when a payment is made. Bizarre.


2. There's no way to be notified by email when a subscriber joins as a free trial - until they've actually started paying (a month later). Again, stupid.

Any way around it?

I've seen Wordpress plugins so I wonder if, maybe via the API, that information can be grabbed.

How to open a stripe account for USA LLC without SSN? It’s asking for SSN even though I provided EIN etc. How to go around it? Or do I select my country in member information and provide my country’s official ID details?

Yes, by opening an LLC in USA or LTD in UK.

Doesn’t it ask for SSN though?

Hi. I had an account which I opened with fake data and I don't know how, but it remained open for weeks and processed usd 4000 before being closed because I did a lot of transactions exploitting a bug.

I can't open a new one because I'm blacklisted.
Does the ban applies to third parties which use Stripe, like Teachable, WooPayments, Quikipay as well?
Or do I have to get a new LLC, web and IP? Is my name usable?

I have an opportunity to make tens of thousands with that bug and the only thing that's stopping me is not having a Stripe. I can't use authorize nor Square because I'm not american.

All the world are basically focused in stripe only. 99% of credit card transaction to receive payments in ecommerce stores around the world they offer only Stripe as payment getaway.. that's unbelivable and it reveals a lack of investment and big lack of intelligence from alternative companies that work with credit card systems in order to replace Stripe Payments! That's just stupid.. And big credit card companies are managed by idiots!

I know authotize . net, paddle, 2checkout could looks like a alternative but the giant amount of Burocracy and verify proccess of those alternative make to any common person that manage a small business very difficult to implement that platforms in their websites.

It looks there is no alternative different than Stripe nowdays. and every IDIOT marketer in the world keep face Stripe as the Unique platform to receive credit card payments and the unique in the world that rules all kind of credit card operation!

We need an alternative to Stripe. They become thiefs and they lost all reputation along last years due to their non-sense policies.
