I personally use shinjiru but there are definitely a ton of alternatives from countries such as moldavia , bulgaria , panama , etc. I am confident you can even find such a service on BHW Marketplace

Most of new domain sellers are scam. Buy with whois privacy from a reputed provider like namecheap.
