This is just a warning to anyone wanting to use njal.la , please do not use them
They are the biggest scumbag people ive ever dealt with.
They reply with one word replies to tickets, take ages to reply and simply dont give a flying F about your business
We spent over 15k over the 3 years buiilding our seo and all is lost thanks to this POS
I am not sure if Peter Sunde is still running njalla but if he is, i hope he ends up in jail again

The biggest hypocrite on the internet.
I won't really go into details as to what our domain was but what we were doing was 100% legal

If customer service was run by a monkey, the monkey would do a better job

again, stay the f away from njalla. they hijack and steal domains.
I really wish i had read the reviews before ever moving to this shit service, 15k lost, website ranking gone in one day.

Lucky we were able to email all our clients and return but our revenue has been hit hard.
I really hope one day i run into this POS

And before you blast me for stating i violated their TOS, ive gone over it 15 times and can't find anything violation whatsoever. It just seems they freeze anything that they dont like.
This includes TOS for tucows.

i posted this here so google picks it up and to warn everyone here since alot of people use them. If they have any domains i highly suggest they move out asap, thats if njalla allows it

yes, 100%,we provided them with all the documents they needed to release our domain but still hold it hostage.

Most people can't seem to grasp the idea that Njalla is meant to protect your privacy and is not an 'offshore' registrar for illegal activities. A business can offer privacy-based services without the need to allow service to those who conduct illegal activities - mostly the distribution of copyrighted material.

I have already read the TOS posted on their website, its super vague and since they use TUCOWS their TOS does not state anything we were doing is illegal.

To top it off our competition use njalla yet they allow them to operate. I even provided them with the link and he simply ignored it.
It just shows he picks what he wants, he seems be the judge and jury.

Njal.la is a great company, my friends work there, I myself am going to send my CV to be CEO of Njal.la soon...

if you can abuse people and act like a 10 year old you will get hired without a doubt

you cant base laws off one country, if that was the case half the domains in the world would be disabled. If someone is licensed to do business in one area its allowed. This is even listed in TUCOWS tos.

They didn't distribute any copyrighted material themselves. The Pirate Bay was/is merely an index, they don't host any of the files themselves. They only provide the locations of the files, like a phonebook.

I highly suggest you read through tucows tos, it clearly outlines if business in a different jurisdiction its allowed, the internet is global

Further to this our competition is running just fine, does not explain why and they are with njalla, they sell exactly the same things we do.
If you're suggesting we broke their laws, why does the competition allow to run?

Im done arguing, my goal was to get this on google and make sure people know that their domain is not safe with njalla. There's countless examples
