Your youtube conversion?

After how many views do you get a click on your site? I have like 1000 views /2 clicks

How can I increase this rate? I am not overdoing anything for sure. I have a link in the description and I mention my site at the end of the video.. What else can I do?

I want to buy a niche related video with 350k views for $150. Do you think it's worth it?

In vid marketing (the same goes for article marketing) a couple of things are important to get them to your site:

- identify their needs
"I want a movie"
"I want a song"
"I need a new TV"
"I want to get rid of my acne"

- make them curious about the product your promoting

- leave them with unanswered questions once the vid ends (cliffhanger)

Don't spend any money on premade vids until you understand how video marketing works.
Could be a waste of money if you can't identify a good vid and know how monetization of vids works.

Experiment with a couple of selfmade vids, learn what a good vid is, see what effect good descriptions and titles have.
Upload different version of a vid with different descriptions and titles (split test) so you understand what works and what not.

I also have that kind of rate. I am sure that 10% is possible though. So you should have 700/70

It depends on the niche but 10% is impossible unless it's some trend/buzz video and even in that case it'll get 10% hop rate for short time

if you get a 1% conversion rate with only watermarks on the vid then its pretty decent. adding hyperlinks in the description will raise it.

"1% conversion rate" you mean conversion for product you promote or people who go to your site from video(hops)???

no I mean to go to your site. from there take another 1% of the traffic and thats about what your sales/conversion ratio aim should be at least.

example.

1 vid hit 10k views

1% of those people (100) visited your site

1% of them (1) makes you a sale.

its a base to work with and if your not doing at least that your niche/product/site is garbage.

if your doing at least that its normal regardless of the bullshit you will read on this site.
