If the purpose of the question is to know which one would pay more, I'd say they'd all pay good if you're able to attract visitors from tier 1 countries.

So, pick one you know you can create content meant for tier 1 countries and can realistically get the traffic.

I am of course talking about legal services.

It's easy to see why.

If somebody has a case and goes to an attorney, that case may easily be worth tens of thousands of dollars.
