I'd like to know if it would be possible to ban or mass report his whatsapp number (where he chats with customers)

I know this can be a bit unethic but he's literally stealing my strategies and hard work during the past years...

Haven’t seen it here. If you have its number you can do it yourself. Report it from two or more accounts

You can object to WhatsApp's decision by e-mail. I recommend you to create a request from the support section on the official website of WhatsApp.

First you have to claim the copyright of your contents, after that the rest will be little easy to handle. Do try to ban the whatsapp account of your opponent . If you take proper actions, in due course the whatsapp account in question may be banned by itself.

Report it from a lot of accounts.. From your friends, relatives, brothers, etc. That would probably work, or just contact support and lie about what he is doing so he gets banned

If he has a website, you can raise a report with google. If you want to do so on his whatsapp group, make sure you have another number in that group in case he blocks you out, you can till monitor and investigate him from within.

All these are useless and lengthy process and costly too. And after this there is no 100% chances of any success

If you successfully report and get the account banned, you may want to strengthen your brand identity because, you never know, he might open another account and come back for you.

Hi, I am writing here because I can't make posts yet, and I don't see any reason to create a new post for an issue that has already been raised by someone else and is so easy to find.

I have a phone database, and I am calling them using Skype, taking notes on everybody.

• Date of the call
• Phone number that I am using
• What I am discussing with them

One of them don't answer, so I tried to leave them a text on WhatsApp. After 5 messages, I got banned.

Before doing this, I looked on forums and on YouTube to find reasons why WhatsApp bans accounts.

• It was a 2-week-old account (unused, just created).
• I used the official WhatsApp app.
• I sent the messages manually from WhatsApp web.
• I didn't send the same message to everybody.
• I didn't send the messages one after another; I waited for people to respond, and I had more messages with them (they responded to me).

What I didn't do:

• I didn't have received messages (people who wrote me as the first message).
• The people that I was texting didn't have my phone number in their agenda.
• I didn't send the messages from the phone.
• The phone that I used to install WhatsApp is a very cheap one, Alcatel (I don't know the model) (I don't think it's something because of that; I saw a YouTube video, and the person from the video was saying that this can be a reason too).

Anyone who has experience with WhatsApp spam (what I did wasn't spam) and can offer me some advice, please?

Anyone who knows an SMS tool that I can use to send and receive text messages? (I need to see what that person is texting me back, and if I use Skype to text them, they are seeing a short number or the Skype ID).

if is copying all your information yes, you can do it, plus you can tell your customers to report it and help you to protect them from scammers.
