"For the past few months, I haven't been particularly enthusiastic about work because I haven't had a very strong motivation to pursue...

Currently, my income is 3x-4x the monthly minimum wage in my area, and it is autopilot Alhamdulilah..... and I'm not the type of person who enjoys luxury items, so this is quite enough for me to live. I'm currently looking for reasons to feel motivated to work hard...

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help."

As I understand you are feeling good, you are making decent amount of money and etc.

Why you need to work hard?

I don't know the type of your income, but maybe working hard because of the Idea that the method of income my suddenly stop/die?

I was in the same situation as you last year.

I made enough income to live monthly and got unmotivated to work.

My solution? Start to learn and enjoy high end products, such as motorcycle, cars, luxury restaurants, nice resorts, good clothes... Buy them. People would look at you VERY different. Most important thing is, how you view yourself also changed.

It seems superficial but it worked for me, at least short term.

You don't need to work hard
if you are satisfied of what you have and feel happy than that's it
it remind me of a story
A tourist went to Mexico and praised the local fishermen for the quality of their fish. Then he asked them, "How much time do you need to catch them?" The fishermen answered in unison, "Not a long time." The tourist asked, "Why don't you spend more time and catch more?" The fishermen explained that their small catch is enough for their needs and the needs of their families. The tourist asked, "But what do you do with the rest of your time?" They replied, "We sleep late, fish a little, play with our children, eat with our wives, and in the evening, we visit our friends. We have fun, laugh, and sing songs." The tourist interrupted, saying, "I have a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, and I can help you! You should spend long periods fishing every day and sell the extra fish for higher returns. Then, you can buy a bigger fishing boat." They asked, "What then?" The tourist replied, "With a larger boat and extra money, you can buy a second and third boat, and so on, until you have a complete fleet of fishing vessels. Instead of selling your catch to a middleman, you can negotiate directly with factories and maybe even open your own factory. You can leave this village and move to Mexico City, Los Angeles, or even New York! From there, you can manage your large-scale projects." The fishermen asked the tourist, "How long will that take?" He answered, "Around 20 or maybe 25 years." They asked, "And what comes after that?" Smiling, he replied, "When your business grows, you can invest in stocks and make millions." They asked in amazement, "Millions? Really?" Then they questioned, "What do we do after that?" He replied, "After that, you can retire and live peacefully in a coastal village, sleep late, play with your children, eat with your wives, and spend your nights enjoying time with friends." The fishermen responded with respect and appreciation, but they said, "That's exactly what we are doing now. So, what logic is there in wasting 25 years of our lives in hardship?" The moral of the story is that many of us exhaust our energy and neglect our families, health, and even our eternal life for the sake of temporary luxuries, thinking that these luxuries will bring us happiness. However, the value of true happiness may only be realized when our strength wanes and the spring of life comes to an end.

Yeah I don't like to impress others either. And I think we should experiment new things while we're still so young. Don't limit ourselves

"Thanks, man. It really helped me.

Maybe it's true that what I really want isn't much more money. Yeah, if I have more money, I will be happy, but what I truly desire is to be physically active, physically productive, not short of money, debt-free, not tied to a job, but always active... I hate it when I'm lazy... because it feels like being useless."

It won't last long if you don't work hard. You will be back to square one if you get lazy.

It seems like you are having life on passive income, one source on autopilot and you may need to build another resources for tough years to come my man, as i understand you are a moroccon from that Alhamdulialah if so hit me up so we can team up together, i need to work hard too, yeah i know and good working hard fellas next to you could be better.
working hard or work hard is a feeling and routine to break into it.
works for me last year after my workmate gets into the matrix.

Learn a new skill. That'll keep you busy
I'd pick coding or day trading

I'm going out on a limb to say this
Why would you want to suffer and work yourself to death when you are happy?
If you are happy, if you are content with what you have, you can live, you can retire comfortably at a suitable (chosen?) age then that's all to it.
Life too short to be spending majority of your lifespan stressing over the little things.
