Question about HAF section

I read the rules and I have a question.
Isn't it supposed that to respond to a post in the section (HAF) you must have an update (JrVIP)?

So maybe the forum had an error, I just read a post where a Newbie user has commented, I think the forum administration should check this

The thread in question has probably been moved to HAF from another sub-forum by one of the mods, and while it was in the original sub-forum anyone will have been able to comment on it.
